The Bigger Question is, Why Can't We Reach a Quorum?

Georgia Homeowners living in communities with Associations are among the most apathetic groups in the Southeast. As an Association Management Company with offices in Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia. Georgia is BY far the toughest market to achieve a Quorum. Often times no one shows up for meetings, no one wants to run for the Board and the only time a Homeowner participates is when they have a complaint. Pondering the reasons behind this lack of involvement from such a dynamic metropolitan group of Homeowners is baffling!

  

All Homeowners are strongly encouraged to participate in their Association!!! By being involved, you have an active voice in the manner which your community is operated and most importantly you are protecting what is likely to be the most valuable investment you have made.
